These guys were amazing!!! I was looking for a rv rental company in Phoenix that carries toy haulers and motor homes. Renee was super nice and they waited for me after 5 because I was having my truck serviced and it was late getting done. The rig did great. It was clean and had all of the cooking supplies we needed for the wife to make dinners and lunch. Can’t say enough positive things about going places rv rentals!! They will keep my business indefinitely!

The group of people that run this company are by far some of the most customer oriented folks in the RV business, or for that matter, any business. Jeremy went out of his way to walk this novice through a few things while we were on the road, not too mention, finding an RV friendly dump station for me and then texting me the directions on how to get there! Luis was ver welcoming when we returned and went over the RV inspection with me in great detail. Renae was phenonminal with finding the right RV and taking my calls and texts any time we had a question. I will most definitely repeat business with these folks…

We rented a trailer from Going Places RV and from start to finish the experience was wonderful. The staff even assisted in resolving an electrical issue when connecting to my truck. The trailer was nice and clean. Great place to rent from. We will definitely be return customers!

We had a great experience with Going Places RV rentals for our thirteen day family trip – we rented a Class C and had a great experience. The most important element was the good communication from all the Going Places team – Jim at check in, Luis at vehicle briefing, Natalie with payments and even the owner Renee. Before and during the trip they all helped us with the odd small questions that we had and helped sort the small issues that came up. In particular the vehicle briefing was very calm and thorough – important for us as rookie RVers. Our two boys want us to come back next year and rent the same Vehicle they enjoyed it so much. We would thoroughly recommend.

All I can say is wow! They are mega professional and take the time top pick the best rv for you. They have a huge selection and great prices! I would highly recommend them!

One word, AMAZING. The pick up was quick and easy. We rented a diesel pusher for the first time and Luise went over the entire vehicle completely. We can’t wait to go on another trip and use them again. Thanks again.
