What is a Class B Motorhome?
A common misinterpretation is that Class A motorhomes are the biggest and most luxurious, Class B motorhomes are the middle-of-the-road choice, and Class C motorhomes are the smallest. However the Class B motorhome is in fact the most restricted in both size and its offering of amenities.
A Class B motorhome is assembled using a camper or van cargo as the base. They are often referred to as “conversion vans” or “camper vans.” However, it has a raised roof and is much larger than a standard van; most are assembled with a high enough roof to allow its occupants to stand up while inside.
